 One of the most important,  yet often overlooked maintenance item is protecting the exterior of your RV.  Harsh UV rays, constant exposure to the elements, & air pollutants can break down the exterior surfaces. It is vitally important to keep the exterior clean and protected. 

 We offer several options to fit your needs and would be happy to give you an estimate. 

Roof cleaning, sidewall hand wash/wax, coatings, interior options including steam clean walls and counters, and sterilize all hard surfaces, shampoo carpets, etc...  

Sidewall wash alone $4-6/ linear ft

Water is the #1 enemy or your recreational vehicle! One small undetected leak could lead to extensive damage and costly repairs that could have been avoided with proper maintenance.  

SPOT SEAL- After a thorough inspection of the roof membrane and all sealants, we will seal all roof seams from front cap to rear, down both gutters, and around all components on the roof, or anywhere else sealant may need to be applied to keep your RV protected from any damaging water leaks. 

Averages 2-3 hours

RE-SEAL- If removal of old lap sealant is necessary, we would recommend a complete removal and replacement of all roof sealants. This requires a roof wash prior to removal of all old sealant, and reapplying new sealant to all seams, joints, vents, etc.. Averages 10-15 hours 

This process is time consuming and can be more costly, but necessary for the longevity of your RV.

COATINGS- We will coat your RV roof with a permanent UV protective coating to ensure you never have to worry about your roof being the cause of your headaches. We would be happy to give you an estimate if you provide your information. 

  Good circulation is key to the operation of your AC. We will climb on the roof and clean the evaporator coils and the condenser coils. Straighten all fins to ensure good flow,  visually inspect all components, and run a few diagnostic tests to make sure everything is operating correctly. Your AC should be checked at least one time per year, depending on the conditions it is used under.

A/C cleaning starts at $125 + $75/ea. additional unit.  

We can measure and replace awning fabric, order custom fabrics, replace a damaged arm, faulty motor, or make an alignment adjustment on site! No need to take it to a shop.

Brake & Bearing Service- We will come to your RV and inspect the tires, wheels, bearings, and brakes. Bearings will be repacked with appropriate grease. Brakes will be evaluated and replaced if necessary. Wheels will be checked for any damage and torqued to spec.

Basic wheel bearing service averages $200/axle

Brakes replacement add $50/axle

Price could vary depending on circumstances. 

We can also replace broken springs, Shackles, and axles.

We can service most RV furnaces to ensure proper function and safe operation. From cleaning out the burn chamber, electrodes, and gas valves, to testing all the safety circuits and leak testing the propane system. 

A standard furnace evaluation/tune-up starts at $150

Our winterizing package ensures your camper can weather the winter. The propane system will be shut down, (bottles removed if requested), and the battery will be disconnected (removed and placed on your low voltage charger if requested), and finally the water system will be pressure tested, blown out with compressed air, water heater drained and bypassed, and lines filled with food safe rv antifreeze.

Add our De-Winterizing package and we will come at your convenience after the cold winter passes and open your RV back up for use. We will flush the water system of all food grade antifreeze and retest the water system. Propane will be hooked back up and batteries checked & reinstalled. A visual inspection will again be performed to make sure everything is ready for your summer adventures!

 We can also come out and cover your RV with your cover so you don't have to wrestle around on ladders.

*Standard winterization package starts at $150. If we winterized you, we will come open your camper for $75. If someone else winterized it, we will open it for $150.
