Hello! We are Jason & Emily Yann. In our nearly 30 years together, camping has always been our recreation of choice. Emily can tell you what it's like to tent camp in 100° August weather... While being 8 months pregnant!
We immediately bought our first camper after that!
from pop-ups to toy haulers, we have owned several, remodeled a few more, and helped some friends with repairs here and there. We noticed the lack of support for RV owners when something goes wrong, (and something WILL go wrong). The systems in these campers are unique, and not just anyone can work on them. Then there's the extreme wait times at service centers. Sometimes waiting months for a repair that either didn't get fixed, or the RV came home with more broke than when it went to the shop. We decided to dedicate our time to helping other RV owners actually enjoy their time camping and not working on their camper...or waiting for it.
Jason attended the National RV Training Academy in Texas, led by some of the top professionals in the country. This is where we gained our Certifications in both RV Inspections, and RV Repair.
We specialize in certified inspections & preventative maintenance. We can also provide you with professional repairs.

As long time campers We are passionate about helping others find their comfort zone. Camping in an RV can be amazing, but it can come with many challenges. Regular maintenance is on the top of the list. Nothing takes the fun out of owning a camper more than water leak, mechanical breakdown, or appliance failure. By keeping up with regular maintenance you cut down the chances of a failure greatly.
Regular inspections are also a critical part of the maintenance schedule. These can be serious undertakings! Not everyone is able to keep up with this demand, and let little oversights turn into catastrophic damages. By having a professional inspect & maintain your RV you are protecting your investment, and ensuring your recreational vehicle is ready for all your future adventures.
Our standard service area is a 30 mile radius from Pierron, IL. Our extended services area covers a 75 mile radius, but may take longer to schedule. Emergency Service up to 150 miles. *Mileage fee may apply beyond standard service area
Our inspection territory covers a 250+ mile radius from our office. This area includes St. Louis, Kansas City, Indianapolis, Chicago, Memphis, Louisville and everywhere in-between.
We are willing to travel further upon request, however a lodging fee and mileage may apply beyond 250 miles.
