This is the suggested package for Pre-Purchase Inspection for any RV, whether used or new. Yes, I said new. They just don't make them like they used to, and dealerships are busy selling units. Dealers dont always like 3rd party inspections, but a proper inspection not only assures the customer they are getting a fully functioning unit, it assures the dealership they have a happy customer on day 1.
Prices vary by size, class, and level of inspection requested.
Generally a Premier level Inspection ranges between $850-$1500 depending on the unit. Additional fluid analysis can be added at extra charge.
*This is the only package we offer on all Class A motorhomes/Coaches.
The Fundamental inspection still covers the entire RV, just not in as much detail. An emphasis is put on roof and exterior sealants, making sure all major components function, everything is strucruraly sound, and there are no life/safety issues. A detailed report including 20-50 photos will be included along with an overall assessment.
This inspection will take roughly 2-4 hours on site.
Every new or used RV is a candidate for this valuable inspection. This goes far beyond a typical PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) you would recieve at the dealership.
Fundamental Inspections are billed hourly. The average pull behind travel trailer takes approximately 2 hours. More on larger units.
Class A= *Only Premium Inspections available on class A
A roof inspection is recommended twice per year. There is no better way to stay on top of exterior leaks than to have a Certified professional take a close look at all your roof and exterior components. The roof will be thoroughly looked at, including all seams, edges, vents, AC, skylights, etc.. We want to make sure there are no failure points in the membrane or sealants. Sealants will shrink and crack over time. Tree branches can poke holes. These can go unnoticed until it is too late and you have major repairs on your hands.
Single axle/Double axle avg $100
Tripple axle avg $125
*mileage rates may apply
